Here are some pics of my New Zealand fabric haul. I love the sweet summer colours in the second photo. I should have enough of these fabrics to to make a few baby quilts.

These black and white fabrics will make a great monochromatic quilt (I may throw in another colour...any suggestions?). I love the bikes. I haven't seen that design anywhere else. I think that the the bikes and the black & white houses are New Zealand Designs.

I've just made a quilt out of the "Baskets of Flowers" fabric - won a jellyroll in a blog giveaway. Hope to have the quilt finished so I can give it to my daughter for Christmas (have to make one for my son too though).

Hi Ange, I love your 'basket' quilt! I haven't used a jelly roll before, but I may be tempted to now! I'm planning on making a quilt for my 10 year-old nephew and was wondering what fabrics you were using for your son's? There are lots of boy-ish baby-ish fabrics out there, but not many for older boys. I'm not sure if I should go for patterns and blocks or motifs. Any suggestions?
