Could you believe that yesterday was even colder than Wednesday? Yes, siree, it was bloody cold, wet & windy...plus lots & lots of snow. Brrrr...Mt Wellington looks chilly!
Good photo, Rosie. Ah, the winter of 1986 - the last time I remember snow on Hobart's streets. We had the day off school - what a hoot. Yes, that snow is half way down the Mountain today. No doubt many Hobartians will be flocking up there tomorrow with the children. J x

I heard somewhere that it was the coldest day since 1986! We had two heaters going and we live in a tinyyyyyyyy 1 bedroom apartment.
